Demodara Railway Bridge of Sri Lanka

Demodara is a rural city of Badulla disstrict and Sri Lankan ancient and most beautiful railway station and also Sri Lanka wonderful railway bridges available at this area. Demodara bridge is some what wonderful because main bridge contains 9 arcs and other one containig 3 Arc.

Wonderful thing is whole bridge designed by Sri Lankan engineer. Before 1948 Sri Lanka was governed by British government and develped the Badulla - Colombo railway by them. Dont miss to visit three bridges of Demodara.

Where is Demodara

Demodara is at closed to Badulla - Colombo Main road and 8km to Badulla and 14Km from Bandarawela. There is a subway to Spring Weli village from demodara, this way is at closed to Demodara railway station.
