Thambagala (Thambiligala)

Thambiligala some one called Thambagala is at between Ulapane and Gampola of up country railway tour of Sri Lanka. This location if important because maximum nuber of tea production of Sri Lanka contributed from this location also. Thambiligala area surrounded several mountains and number of large tea estates can be seen in this area. Climate of this area is below 20 Centrigade in every period of the year.

Where is Thambagala

Thambagala is at Kandy district and closed to Gampola. This location not consist of main A grade road but to travel on a vehicle need to travel Gampola then along with Ulapane road and turn another road to Thambagala to right side.
